How we work

We don't localise brands. We re-ground them.

Your brand doesn't need a translation — it needs a second home. That means understanding not just what your audience buys, but why they trust, what they aspire to, and how they talk about it. We build from that.

Dual-HQ execution

Rebuilding local relevance

Real market entry means rebuilding your brand's logic for a different commercial culture — different trust signals, different media habits, different decision-making timelines. We map all of it before a single asset is produced.

The KNKTED model

Transactional translation

Bicultural integration

Transactional translation — Brief a local partner, hope the brief survives the handoff, and discover the gaps only after launch. No cultural ownership. No accountability across borders.

We sit inside both markets simultaneously. Our global teams share one brief, one strategy, and full accountability, so your brand enters a new market with one coherent voice, not a committee of contractors.

Cross-cultural specialists

Expert leadership

Our team combines decades of international brand experience with deep local insights across both European and Asian markets.
